Sign In Each member signed in at the front of the room and picked up a few items. (Yearly permission slip, agenda, magazine)
Dues The cost for joining the club this year is $10.50, which is cheaper than last year. They were due today but I can collect them anytime in the next week.
UNICEF Trick-Or-Treat for UNICEF will be a combined event with Key Club and National Honor Society. This year it will take place on Oct. 26th.
Adopt-A-Child Keralyn's sister already has sponsored a child so the Key Club unanimously voted to add funds to her child's community. ($10 - $20 a month)
LTG Project Our Key Club has to raise $50 by December 15th to provide blankets for the disabled.
Blood Drive The blood drive will take place on December 19th this year and Key Club has to find a way to pay for it. We pay the nurses and provide them with a lunch. Any suggestions?
Key Club - SADD Party On October 29th, Key Club and SADD are joining together for a party from 4:30 to 6 pm. Key Clubbers are in charge of bringing desserts. Wear Costumes!
Apple Picking The next meeting we will be picking apples to make homemade cider for Box-A-Thon. We are meeting out back at 5:30 pm.
Permission Slips We passed out yearly permission slips that will allow members to participate. These must be turned in by Box-A-Thon. If they are not, you cannot participate unless your parent signs one at the door.

Fundraisers Discussed Harvest Fest: choices of service are face painting, pumpkin walk, balloon pop, and ring toss.
Box-A-Thon Seeking permission from the Carpenters to host it at their home on either October 11th or 25th. Money will be used to donate to charity and to supply $50 to LTG Project. $30 pledge requirement.
LTG Project Raise $50 to donate to the LTG so that she can buy fleece to make blankets for children in hospitals. Would support interclubbing and help those in need. We will be making the blankets.
Advertising We will be making a Key Club newsletter and nominating a Key Club member of the month. Also there will be announcements over Trojan Talk each time there is a fundraiser.
Adopt-A-Child We are going to try to adopt a child from a foreign country by supplying an organization with money to support the child. If you have any ideas as to which country you would like, please send them via the comment box on the right.
UNICEF We will be participating in Trick or Treat for UNICEF this year but we are waiting to see what the NHS has to say about dates.
